Lidya is a Wellness Massage Practitioner and a current student at Vicars School of Massage Therapy, where she is working toward her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation. She is passionate about the profound connection between relaxation, healing, and overall wellness, and specializes in creating treatments that help clients deeply unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies. With more than eight years of experience in healthcare and therapeutic recreation, Lidya brings a holistic, compassionate approach to every session. Her practice is grounded in relaxation techniques, combining Swedish massage, gentle therapeutic stretching, and mindful touch to ease tension and support the body’s natural healing processes. Lidya’s philosophy is built on the belief that true wellness begins when we prioritize slowing down, listening to our bodies, and making space for restoration. Outside of her studies and practice, Lidya enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring outdoors, and finding joy in everyday moments. She also has a special passion for working with seniors and continues to support community wellness through her role at Activity Day Program, where she helps promote wellness, independence, and connection within the community. Please note: Lidya is unable to offer direct billing or services that are eligible for extended health plan coverage at this time.
