Dans ses motsLindsay graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto. Life experiences and curiosity led her to pursue a deeper understanding of the human body and the power of healing through massage therapy. Lindsay's strongest technique is the intent to heal utilizing a client-centred approach to treatment, focusing on individual needs and self care recommendations suited to their goals.
To ensure your highest level of comfort, you can expect a brief discussion prior to the massage concerning your goals for the treatment as well as answering any questions you may have about massage therapy. There will also be an opportunity at the end of the appointment to check in with Lindsay to discuss post treatment care recommendations in relation to your health and lifestyle goals.
Lindsay is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists Ontario (CMTO).
