About Lindsay
I support individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges, offering a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences and move at your own pace. With a background in advocacy and community-based work across several provinces, I bring a deep respect for the resilience people develop in the face of stress, trauma, and complex life circumstances. I have a particular interest in supporting those navigating trauma recovery, separation and divorce, caregiver stress, co-parenting challenges, and the unique pressures experienced by military members, first responders, and their families. Compassion, flexibility, and practical support are central to care I offer.
My approach is integrative and grounded in empathy, respect, and genuineness. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we take time to understand the patterns that shape your experiences, build skills for regulating difficult emotions, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I am especially interested in how past experiences and relationships shape present-day patterns, and how increased self-awareness can support healing, growth, and self-acceptance. Drawing from
mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioural perspectives, I support clients in building emotional awareness, understanding patterns, and working toward goals that feel authentic and sustainable.
I am committed to providing an inclusive and respectful space for clients of diverse identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures, and to offering care that is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward with confidence.
