Lindsay McRae has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2017, with a special focus on prenatal and postnatal care. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for parents during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.
Her training includes advanced education in prenatal massage, post-cesarean scar massage, and breast massage, as well as IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and NeuroKinetic Therapy. Lindsay also has a special interest in TMJ (jaw) work and its powerful influence on overall body balance. In 2023, she expanded her practice by becoming a certified Labour & Delivery Doula and Postpartum Doula, allowing her to provide even more comprehensive care for families.
Together with her husband, Ben, Lindsay co-founded Statera Therapeutic Solutions in 2021. Currently, she works limited hours while enjoying time with her young family and prioritizes openings for prenatal and postnatal clients.

I can treat your incision area as soon as six weeks and as long as your scab has fallen off. If you are worried about healing or any potential infection prior to your appointment, please get clearance from your care provider before coming for a cesarean treatment. »
