My treatments are focused on finding balance in the body by releasing tension held from repetitive use, poor posture habits, injury, stored up emotions, stress, and more.
I have explored a variety of continued education ranging from yoga and reiki to working with endurance athletes and various myofascial techniques. I look forward to working with you to achieve your somatic goals.
