About Lindsey
Lindsey Golding has spent most of her life in sport. She grew up as a competitive gymnast, where she developed a strong appreciation for discipline, technique, and the importance of proper recovery. As she transitioned into CrossFit, strength training, and most recently surfing, her interest in how the body performs and what it needs to stay healthy continued to grow.
Lindsey completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where she built a strong foundation in assessment, anatomy, and evidence-based treatment. Throughout her clinical experience, she naturally gravitated toward working with athletes and active adults, enjoying the process of helping people move better, recover effectively, and stay consistent in the activities they care about.
She takes a practical and collaborative approach to treatment, focusing on helping clients understand their movement patterns, manage injuries, and improve mobility so they can keep doing the things they love. With her own background in high-level training, she brings a firsthand understanding of the physical demands placed on the body and uses that perspective to guide her sessions.
Outside the clinic, Lindsey is usually doing something active, whether she’s training at the gym, getting out for a surf, or spending time outdoors. She values straightforward, supportive care and aims to help clients feel stronger, more capable, and more comfortable in their bodies.
