I have been working in the beautiful atmosphere of Alinio Chiropractic and Massage clinic since July of 2023. I am a graduate of the 2200-hour program at MH Vicars and, as a Massage Therapist, I make every effort to have my clients leave with a feeling of relief - both physically and psychologically. The sense of healing that massage involves is as rewarding for me as it is for my clients - I love to see them leave with a better sense of well-being and an improved quality of life. My practice includes relaxation and therapeutic techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Play and Myofascial Cupping. I shape my practice to fit the specific needs of each individual I am working with. When I am out of the office you might see me out for a run or catch me in the spin studio. I have two grey cats, one that enjoys coming for walks with me around the city, adventuring in her bubble backpack. The other likes to stay home for snacks and snuggles. I also enjoy soaking up the mountain air while hiking or skiing. I cannot wait to work with you and assist you on your wellness journey!
