Lisa Bara Storey is an experienced, Registered Acupuncturist who has been helping patients improve their physical and emotional health for over a decade. She has successfully treated hundreds of patients with a variety of health concerns including chronic pain/injuries, headaches/migraines, stress/anxiety, digestive issues, women’s health/gynecology, asthma/allergies and fatigue. Lisa particularly enjoys utilizing acupuncture to calm the nervous system, promote healing, and strengthen the immune system. Lisa is passionate about connecting with people and gaining a complete understanding their health concerns as it pertains to all areas of their lives. She believes in treating the whole person and loves Traditional Chinese Medicine for its ability to make connections between a person’s physical and emotional health.

Acupuncture Assessment and TreatmentNew patient
« In this appointment Lisa will complete a thorough health history and provide an opportunity to discuss your health concerns, as well as answer any questions you may have. Acupuncture treatments may involve one or both sides of the body, utilizing approximately 20-40 sterile, disposable needles to specific points on the body. Treatments are usually quite relaxing and allow for you to rest for 20-30 minutes while the needles are in. Other therapies that might be utilized include cupping, dry-needling, electro-stimulation, and infrared heat. »
