Lisa Puleo, RMT is a graduate of Elmcrest College and a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. A member of the Milton community since 2010, Lisa brings extensive clinical experience treating athletes and sport-related injuries, including repetitive strain, scar tissue, and whiplash. She also worked in the maternity ward at North York General Hospital, supporting mothers through labour and postpartum recovery. Lisa provides in-clinic prenatal, postnatal, and therapeutic massage, with focused treatment for tension headaches and myofascial trigger points, delivering individualized, client-centred care.
