Dans ses motsCongratulations on taking this step! My name is Lisa, I strive to provide a welcoming, safe space where we can work together to explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions. I am exceptionally passionate about psychotherapy and aiding in creating growth and change with my clients. I feel that my path to becoming a psychotherapist chose me as much as I chose it. People have always felt very comfortable and connected to me, and my heart has always sought to help people in whatever capacity I am able to.
I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and a Biopsychosocial lens amongst other therapeutic techniques which can be seen in my profile. It is very important to me that I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally aware, person-centered and strength-based approach with my clients.
We all have what we need inside, sometimes we just require help to get there, and that's what I would like to offer you, because you deserve to be heard, validated, understood and deeply seen. I can't wait to go on this journey with you!
