About Lori
“Guiding mind, body, and inner self with curiosity, compassion, and heart-driven care.”
With over 17 years in wellness, Lori bridges evidence-based practice with heart-led intuition to create care that feels both grounded and transformative. Drawing from psychology, nursing, and Eastern medicine, her approach integrates science with the subtle art of human connection.
Guided by curiosity, compassion, and a steady belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal, Lori challenges the notion that care must follow conventional paths. She values presence over profit and meaning over metrics; choosing instead to measure success by the trust built and the lives touched.
Her work reflects a deep respect for both research and reflection, recognizing that healing is not a linear process but a practice of returning…to the self, to stillness, to love. Through be with love, Lori continues to inspire others to meet themselves gently, honour their wholeness, and embrace the ongoing process of becoming well.
