I have spent the last three decades developing my best practice in physical therapy. I provide one-on-one care and am skilled in manual therapies, sports rehabilitation, and I am a certified practitioner of Gunn IMS (intramuscular stimulation). I have extensive experience treating all ages and will do my very best in working with you to set and achieve goals of healing. Let’s return you to better function together!
###Loving the Outdoors
I am most in my element being active with family, friends, and pets. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and four sons that I get to spend a lot of time with enjoying nature, cycling, hiking, and discovering new passions.
The element I most identify with is fire as it represents the energy needed for change as well as connection to the inner strength that I believe every patient possesses and can use to positively impact their own health.
