While I am skilled in deep pressure, I prioritize a felt sense of what the body needs, blending rhythmic relaxation with highly specific therapeutic work. Having personally navigated the complexities of a sensitive nervous system, I am dedicated to providing a grounded space where you can feel truly supported. I am currently deepening my understanding of the body through studies in manual osteopathy to offer even more long-lasting relief.
