About Lucy
I’ve had the joy of building a fulfilling practice on the Saanich Peninsula in Victoria since 2003. My goal is to compassionately support wellness, relieve pain, and help people feel more balanced, resilient, and at home in their bodies. Over the years, it has been an honour to work alongside so many wonderful individuals as they reach and maintain their health goals.
My path into healthcare began with a fascination for the body’s natural ability to heal and a deep curiosity about the interconnectedness of nature, health, and wellbeing. After first studying nutrition and Western herbalism, I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine, which immediately resonated with both my interests and my heritage. I completed a four-year diploma at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson, graduating with honours. My training included TCM fundamentals, Chinese language and history, Qigong, and Tai Chi.
Committed to being a lifelong learner, I’m a bit nerdy about continuing education and love exploring areas such as women's health, menopause care, Taoist psychology, and Qigong in order to offer a balanced, thoughtful approach to care. Since joining Tall Tree in Cordova Bay, I’ve valued being part of such an inspiring multidisciplinary team and continuing to deepen my understanding of pain sciences and healing.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me creating delicious meals, arranging flowers, swimming in lakes, or enjoying time outdoors in nature.
