About Lydia: Lydia is a Registered Massage Therapist, peer-reviewed published researcher, and Dean’s medal recipient from MacEwan University’s Massage Therapy Program. She is dedicated to providing her clients with bespoke treatments using a range of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial work, hydrotherapy, trigger point work, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, sports massage, and RAPID neurofascial reset. She tailors each treatment to meet the client’s needs. Her previous experience as a professional ballet dancer compliments her training as it brings a deep understanding of the body’s movement and function and how to maintain and restore it. Outside of work, you can find Lydia enjoying time outdoors in the river valley with her family or exploring local markets and coffee shops. Lydia’s goal is to work with clients to restore function, alleviate pain, and relieve stress.
