Energy Balancing
« Energy Balancing Treatments utilize a variety of energetic healing practices used to restore the vitality and balance within ones energetic body system. Manual Thermal Evaluation, Reiki and Qi Gong Healing Techniques are used to detect changes in temperature, density, and vitality above the surface of the patient’s body.
Through various hand positions, placed either directly on or above the patient, the practitioner channels the nourishing universal life-force energy through their hands to the patient where needed. The patient’s body draws the amount of energy they require for their unique healing and balancing process. Sometimes energy is needed, and sometime energy needs to be released; the practitioner acts to clear and move stagnant, burdensome areas within the energy field as well.
The practitioner acts as a neutral observer, brining to the surface the subtle energetic variations felt within the energetic field and/or body of the patient. This energetic detection allows the patient to react to the energetic awareness and changes felt to create long-term changes for themselves. »Craniosacral Therapy
« Craniosacral Therapy is a specialized osteopathic technique. Craniosacral Therapy works with the cerebral spinal fluid and the membranes that surround it. It is lightweight treatment working to relieve fascial adhesions along the dura and between the distinct skull plates of the head. The application of Craniosacral Therapy is wide, yet is specifically called for in cases of migraines, chronic neck or back pain, TMJ, chronic fatigue, PTSD, central nervous system disorders, spinal cord injuries and fibromyalgia. Craniosacral Therapy is known to bring about a great sense of calm, openness, stillness and balance. »Myofascial Cupping
« Myofascial cupping is a cupping technique used to create negative pressure above the surface of the muscles and fascial tissues. The negative pressure created by the cup breaks up scar tissue, by bringing in blood and oxygen into an area of adhesion, which leads to increased range of motion.
Akin to the form of cupping used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Cupping increases blood flow to stagnant regions of the body, and aids in the movement of toxins from the body. However, Myofascial Cupping is focused on the muscular systems fascial adhesion patterns more so than meridian channel blockages. Myofascial cupping can have a profound impact on one’s soft tissue structure, fascial freedom and mobility. »Registered Massage Therapy- 75
