About Lynnette
Lynnette is accepting new clients
"Healing doesn't happen by becoming someone different. It happens by understanding yourself more fully and learning to relate to yourself with greater compassion."
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've spent years carrying everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can simply arrive as you are—without pressure, judgment, or the feeling that you need to have everything figured out.
I believe healing happens through connection. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, better understand your emotional responses, and begin creating new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, unresolved trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain insight, and move toward lasting change.
How I Work
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in both emotional insight and body awareness. I believe our past experiences—especially our earliest relationships—shape how we experience ourselves and others today.
While understanding why we feel the way we do is important, healing also happens through learning to notice and regulate what our bodies are telling us. Together, we'll work to better understand your patterns while developing practical tools that help you feel more grounded, connected, and emotionally resilient.
Every client's story is different, so therapy is always tailored to your unique goals, experiences, and pace.

What Clients Say
Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. They appreciate having a space where they don't feel rushed or judged—a place where difficult experiences can be explored safely and where complex emotions begin to make sense.
Many people find that understanding the why behind their patterns helps them create lasting change in the present.
A Bit About Me
Originally from Prince George, BC, I grew up playing competitive basketball before moving to Alberta to complete my education. Team sports have always been a big part of my life, and today you'll still find me playing soccer, basketball, or fitting in a yoga class whenever I can.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two teenage daughters, walking my dog, staying active, and sharing plenty of laughs with friends. I believe the strongest relationships are built through authenticity, curiosity, and connection—values that guide both my life and my work as a therapist.
