Meet Madison! She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She sees therapy as a journey of self-discovery, healing, and uncovering a deeper sense of well-being. She understands life can feel overwhelming and unpredictable at times, and having a space to pause and turn inward can be incredibly grounding. Being part of a holisitic setting means we can look at you as a whole person, mind and body, rather than focusing on just one piece of your experience. Her approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body. She understands that experiences don't just live in our thoughts, they are also held in the body, shaping how we feel, respond, and move through the world. Together, she will gently explore these connections with you, helping you build awareness and a more compassionate relationship with yourself. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). With a strong foundation in emotion-focused work. She can move beyond the surface to better understand both the emotional and physical cues that make up your inner world. She views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel truly seen. Through this process, we can deepen self-understanding, strengthen your mind-body awareness, and support meaningful, lasting change that aligns with who you are.
