Dans ses motsMamta holds a Bachelor of Education as well as a Master of Economics degree. Her passion for health care propelled her to expand her education by becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She thoroughly enjoys being a Massage Therapist.
Mamta is skilled in a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques and her subject areas focus has been Anatomy, Clinical Assessment, and Pregnancy Massage.
Her experience includes treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions as well as prenatal/ postpartum massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, shiatsu, kinesiology taping, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. As a mother of two herself, she has an expert understanding of how to get the best out of your body from day to day, both in pregnancy and non-pregnancy.
Mamta has treated a wide range of acute soft tissue injuries and chronic discomforts.
She is an experienced and professional Massage Therapist who takes pride in offering high-quality care.
