Manmeet has a diverse background in mental health support, having worked in non-profit organizations, a women’s sexual health clinic, crisis lines, and a Child and Youth Mental Health clinic, as well as serving as a mediator and mentor for high-risk youth at the Abbotsford Restorative Justice and Advocacy Association. These experiences enable her to effectively support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, the complexities of growing up with immigrant parents, and major life transitions. Manmeet utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to foster personal insight and growth, encouraging clients to explore different perspectives in a therapeutic environment where they feel understood and supported. She emphasizes active listening in her sessions while providing respectful and constructive input, aiming to partner with clients on their journey of self-discovery in a safe space for exploration and reflection.
