Her approach focuses on identifying the underlying causes of dysfunction and developing individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery, optimal performance, and injury prevention.
Her treatment approach combines comprehensive assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and electrotherapeutic modalities, including TENS, ultrasound, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy. She is also certified in dry needling and incorporates this treatment when appropriate to help reduce pain, improve muscle function, and support recovery.
Additional treatment techniques include soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, strength and conditioning, neuromuscular re-education, balance and proprioceptive training, gait and postural correction, ergonomic education, and individualized home exercise programming.
Manpreet is committed to empowering her patients through education and active rehabilitation, helping them achieve lasting results and return confidently to work, sport, and everyday activities.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and exploring new places.
