Manushi is a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering therapy to youth and adults, with a commitment to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. As an immigrant woman of color, she understands the complexities of navigating identity, trauma, and resilience in a world that isn’t always welcoming. Therefore, she will never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door or push practices that don't feel safe. Instead, she will work with you at your pace, tailoring sessions to your needs and goals.
Her approach is deeply compassionate and collaborative drawing from Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Emotion Focused Therapy. She often incorporates art, creativity, and play to help you reconnect with different parts of yourself, making space for joy, curiosity, and self-compassion.
Manushi has experience supporting survivors of sexual and gender-based violence as a crisis line specialist at Salal Sexual Violence Centre. She also has extensive experience working with neurodivergent kids and youth, as well as individuals navigating grief, anxiety, and complex trauma.
No matter what brings you to therapy, she believes in meeting you where you are—with care, nuance, and an unwavering belief in your ability to survive, heal and thrive.
