My physiotherapy practice is deeply rooted in my personal discoveries as a nature lover, totally fascinated by the human body and continuously curious about the way it can change and adapt. I have also gained various perspectives through continuous learning on a variety of topics such as Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, management of TMJ conditions and pain science. I now combine all of these skills through the use of the Integrated Systems Model which allows me to assess each individual from a whole-body perspective and deliver a highly personalized treatment plan that takes into consideration the uniqueness of our bodies, our past experiences and our goals.
Outside of a relentless desire to help others, I value the human connection that my role brings and I hope to inspire others to lead a life that is not only fulfilling but one that fosters resiliency, adaptation and growth.
