“She is by far the best RMT I've ever had! Her massage skill is exceptional. Unlike other RMTs I had before, she understands how muscles are all connected and the chain effect of tight muscles. I first went to see her for my migraines. She was able to pinpoint the cause and explain to me how the muscles were pressing against the nerves which ran from my shoulder through my neck and around to the back of my eyeball. She was able to describe where I'd would feel the pain before I had to tell her myself. (Yes, she is really that good.) Together with the stretches she suggested , the frequency of my migraines definitely reduced by a lot after about a month of treatment. I continued to see her for other problems I was experiencing which included issue in lifting my shoulder to my knee pain. I was sad when I learnt that she was reallocating to her practice to another town. Months have gone by and I haven't yet been able to find an replacement for her. “After trying 2 Massage therapists and one Physiotherapist I happened to find Marcia. This women has magic fingers. She is very knowledgeable at what she does. She asks lots of questions of what areas are bothering you and pinpoints which muscles to work on. “I am going to miss Marcia so much! She helped me significantly this fall when I hurt my back. I was super impressed with her assessment (which incorporated my gait, ROM, posture etc.), and education pieces for me about my injury, it's origin and ways to prevent it from happening again. She works to alleviate pain, but also to get to the source of the issue which for my back was actually my hips! Marcia got me back on my feet and kept my tight hips and lower back in working order. Also, Marcia has extensive knowledge when it comes to migraine relief, and has magic hands that can seriously bring my pain down. “I first came to see Marcia 3 years ago after a serious rear end collision leaving me with screaming headaches, neck & lower back pain. Marcia attended to me since that time on a weekly basis. During the time that Marcia was waiting to open her own clinic in New Westminster she was working in North Van. & Coquitlam, I tried other massage therapists during that time due to time constraints & my busy job in New West., believe me, none can compare with Marcia ! I eventually traveled to where she was until the new clinic opened. Marcia excels in her profession, and suspects problems often before the medical records come in. She made it possible for me to work through my injuries & I will always be grateful to her. Her room is clean, relaxing & her care exceptional.
