She is certified in acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, Pilates and Yoga. She uses a variety of techniques in her practice to help clients recover from their injuries and believes you must treat the body as a whole, not just as parts. She is also a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a special interest in treating pregnant women and Moms. She has a real passion in helping people be the healthiest they can be through education, modalities, hands-on treatment, and through individualized exercise programs.
