Margaret is trained in trauma (PTSD) and relational trauma resolution (C-PTSD), family systems theory, attachment theory and developmental stages. She knows the personal challenges of recovering from illness, grief, trauma and loss. She understands the very significant difference between surviving and thriving. She can help you rediscover your joy and your natural exuberance for life.
Margaret has a Master's of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and certified in Somatic Transformation.
