Dans ses motsMaria Laslop is a Registered Acupuncturist, a Registered Chinese Herbalist, and a non-practicing Registered Nurse in the province of British Columbia. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1990 and a Master of Nursing in 1997. She subsequently went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Victoria, BC) with a four year Diploma of Chinese Medicine.
With almost 40 years experience as a health care professional and a broad knowledge base in both Western and Eastern medicines, Maria offers a unique approach toward health and healing for her patients.
Maria has a robust general practice, yet holds special interest and advanced education in the areas of gynecology, fertility enhancement, pregnancy/obstetrical care and pediatrics. She also holds advanced certification in German Auricular Acupuncture.
Maria believes that making healthy diet and lifestyle choices is essential to achieve lasting vitality. She is passionate about educating and empowering her patients to become partners in their care.
