Blading with Massage Therapy
« Blading therapy is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) used by trained massage therapists to treat chronic muscle tension, fascial restrictions, and soft tissue injuries. It involves using specialized stainless steel tools to detect and treat areas of tissue fibrosis, adhesions, or scar tissue that may be restricting movement or causing pain.
During treatment, the therapist glides the stainless steel tool over the skin using specific strokes to break down adhesions and stimulate the body’s healing response. This can help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, increase range of motion, and accelerate recovery from soft tissue conditions such as tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, and more.
Blading therapy can be intense, and mild redness, bruising, or soreness may occur as part of the body’s natural healing process. »2 optionsCupping with Massage Therapy
« Cupping therapy is a complementary technique used to help relieve muscle tension, promote circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. It involves placing plastic cups on the skin to create suction. This suction gently lifts the soft tissue, drawing blood flow to the area and creating a decompression effect.
In massage therapy, cupping can be used statically (cups left in place for several minutes) or dynamically (cups glided across the skin). This technique is often applied to areas of chronic tension, muscular pain, or limited range of motion. The increased circulation may help reduce inflammation, break up fascial adhesions, and support lymphatic drainage. »2 optionsMassage Therapy

Sports Active Release Massage is a specialized, hands-on technique used to treat soft tissue injuries often experienced by athletes and active individuals. It combines deep tissue massage with precise movement-based therapy to target adhesions (knots), scar tissue, and tightness in muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves.
During treatment, the therapist uses their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of the soft tissues. Once a problem area is identified, they apply pressure while guiding the client through specific movements to “release” tension and break up adhesions. This technique restores proper function, improves range of motion, reduces pain, and helps prevent future injuries.
Sports Active Release Massage is especially effective for treating overuse conditions such as runner’s knee, tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, shin splints, and carpal tunnel syndrome. It’s frequently used both in athletic recovery and injury rehabilitation. »2 optionsDisponibilités : vérifié il y a 4 min · les prix viennent directement de la clinique — jamais majorés
