Marta Beranek
À propos de Marta
Dans ses motsWelcome, I’m Marta. I hold a Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and am a registered member of the Alberta College of Social Workers (#12635).
I am committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
My training and experience include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based approaches.
I have worked with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families on concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, boundaries, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, self-worth, relationships, communication, stress management, family conflict, and emotional regulation.
Because every person’s journey is unique, I take a strengths-based, relational approach, focusing on resilience and supporting long-lasting change.
