She holds additional certification in Acceleration Resolution Therapy (ART), Self In Relationship Psychotherapy (SIRP), as well as training in Ego States, Parts Work, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for complex trauma.
Mary's professional life has included a full career as an elementary school teacher, and later as a volunteer working with Veterans and First Responders, empowering individuals to move beyond their perceived physical, cognitive, and emotional limitations through rhythm-based interventions as well as individual and group counselling.
Mary believes in the intrinsic capacity, with appropriate guidance, to reclaim one's life in the face of overwhelming challenges which may include anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic pain.
