Maryam is a highly skilled orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapist dedicated to helping clients move better, reduce pain, and restore function. She provides individualized, goal-oriented care, addressing the root cause of musculoskeletal and pelvic dysfunction through advanced manual therapy and evidence-based techniques.
Maryam has advanced training in CAMPT Level 2 manual therapy, McKenzie therapy, functional taping, fascial and soft tissue release, Mulligan techniques, active release therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, cupping, and personalized exercise programs. She has extensive experience in TMJ management, myofascial pain syndrome, scar tissue release using Dolphin MPS Neurostim, pelvic floor physiotherapy, pregnancy care, pelvic girdle pain, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Committed to lifelong learning, Maryam holds a PhD, completed a postdoctoral fellowship, and also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor-Adjunct at McMaster University, mentoring future physiotherapists.
