Matt approaches every treatment with a client-centred, evidence-based mindset. A recent honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Trios College, he draws on 15 years of experience as a personal trainer—including work with adults living with disabilities for the City of Ottawa—to blend targeted hands-on care with movement strategies that last long after you leave the table. Early in his massage-therapy career, Matt is keenly interested in sports-injury recovery, chronic-pain management, myofascial release, deep-tissue techniques, and stress relief. Each session starts with a thorough assessment, followed by focused treatment and simple at-home exercises so clients feel understood, empowered, and ready to keep making progress. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Matt hiking Gatineau Park’s trails, tackling mountain-bike routes, swimming laps, or hitting the gym. Whether you’re seeking relief from day-to-day tension or support in returning to your favourite sport, Matt’s goal is for you to walk out feeling lighter, moving better, and confident in your personalized plan forward.
