Helping others be able to keep moving and doing the things that they love is incredibly important to me. After experiencing several injuries, particularly around my shoulders and wrists, I was able to observe firsthand how impactful massage therapy can be. I understand how frustrating the healing process can be and strive to provide care that is both achievable and effective to get clients back to doing what they love pain-free.

That the body knows how to heal itself and is good at it, but sometimes it needs some help and guidance. When I treat, I am working in tandem with my clients to achieve their goals.
