Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and knowing where to begin isn’t always easy. Over the past two decades of working with individuals and couples, I’ve seen how life’s challenges—whether emotional, relational, or situational—can leave us feeling stuck or uncertain. We often rely on coping strategies that help us get through the day but don’t necessarily guide us toward the life we truly want. If you're facing intense emotions, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, grief, or trauma, counselling offers a compassionate space to begin understanding your experiences and moving toward meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you feel supported in exploring your needs. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your past and present struggles, and set realistic goals that foster healing, hope, and personal growth.
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work, I offer both individual and couples therapy. My approach draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I believe each person has a unique path to healing, and I tailor my methods to suit your specific needs. I look forward to connecting with you, hearing your story, and supporting you on your journey toward wellness.
Please note that I am not currently accepting new Couples, but am continuing to accept those seeking Individual therapy.
