À propos de Mavra
Dans ses motsMavra is a neuro-diverse therapist dedicated to supporting individuals (15+) who face a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, cognitive disabilities, cultural or faith-based struggles, life transitions, stress, trauma (culturally-specific, childhood, racial, religious, PTSD), self-esteem issues, 2SLGBTQI+ struggles, and suicidal ideation.
With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I believe in the power of integrating Eastern traditions and perspectives into therapy, allowing for a holistic approach to healing.
Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic therapy, Logotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Compassion modalities, I tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs and goals from a person-centered approach. By integrating these approaches, I offer a comprehensive toolkit that promotes self-awareness, self-compassion, and lasting change.
