About Meagan
Hello, my name is Meagan. I completed my undergraduate and Master's of Physiotherapy degree at The University of British Columbia. My passion for pelvic health began when I discovered the connection between exercise and the pelvic floor. An a competitive olympic weightlifter, I especially enjoy working with athletes experiencing pelvic dysfunction and supporting postpartum individuals in returning to exercise safely and confidently. Through my additional training, I have been able to support individuals who struggle with chronic or complex pain, as well as individuals who fall on the hypermobility spectrum.
My goal is to help people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies through movement, education, manual therapy, and individualized care.
I place a strong emphasis on creating a neuro-affirmative, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on overcoming individual barriers while working towards specific goals. I love bringing laughter, fun, and a sense of ease into sessions whenever possible.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me spending time with my fur-baby, Kairo, café hopping, training at the gym, cycling, reading, starting yet another art project, or enjoying time with loved ones.
