Meagan (she/her) believes every individual is capable of making positive changes. She strives to create a welcoming environment and to take an empathetic and collaborative approach in therapeutic sessions. She practices from a strengths-based, client centered approach, which is eclectic in nature.
Meagan obtained her Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle (based out of Edmonton) and holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. The modalities of Meagan's integrative approach to therapy include:

« Reprocess, Release helps participants deal with overwhelming, stressful, or traumatic events. It can also help manage ongoing stress and prevent burnout.
The program uses a method called the Group Traumatic Events Protocol (G-TEP) from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. This method has been proven to reduce symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. It helps people feel more balanced, calm, and in control.
