- Wide range of therapeutic modalities such as Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy.
- Experience helping individuals with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, gender and sexuality changes, chronic pain, domestic violence and more.
- Supported clients in a wide range of therapeutic settings - Crisis centers, hospital, schools and community mental health
- Registered Member of Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers, MSW, RSW
- Practices from a trauma informed and anti-oppressive stance
