« $50 per 30 minutes (minimum 30 minutes). Additional time will be billed at $100/hour in 30-minute increments.
Many insurance policies DO NOT cover this service.
Most letters require 30–60 minutes.
Clients must sign a Release of Information form before any reports or letters are provided.
Letters are for general clinical purposes only and may not meet requirements for legal, disability, or insurance claims.
Completion time is typically 5–10 business days.
Client must have attended a session within the past 3 months.
