Are you struggling with many of the challenges life throws at you. Do you find your self in a constant state of stress and anxiety and often living on autopilot. Maybe you are navigating a significant loss of a loved one, relationships or job. No matter why you are here, welcome, and thank you for taking the first step towards growth and healing. I appreciate and understand the courage it takes to be here and I do not take it lightly. Courage is the foundation of my practice and I believe the first step to understanding ourselves better and overcoming challenges is awareness and the willingness to seek support and make change. I will aim to provide you a comforting and non-judgemental space for you to begin to better understand your thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences, and ultimately yourself. In this space, whether in person or virtual, you will be encouraged to show up as you are and be met with compassion, care, and respect. I offer both counselling and coaching services. I understand the thought of facing your unique challenges and/or grief and loss may be scary and even intimidating, but by committing to and trusting the process you will cultivate the knowledge, tools, and coping skills you need, to find yourself again and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
