If you have very specific needs for your birth or just want to stay close to home without committing all of your free time to classes - this is for you!
You still get the benefit of our Nurse and Doula combo but with a 4 hour class that is completely tailored to your needs, in your own home. We follow the Crash Course curriculum to give you a solid foundation of every topic but it is tailored towards your situation and needs.
For just $350 you will get a 4 hour birthing class in your home with Jess & Lee, continued support from the team and discounts on all of our other services and products.
Have friends that are due around the same time? for $75 per extra couple you can enjoy this journey together! (limit of 4 couples per private session). Private classes are available to Strathmore, surrounding Rural communities and Calgary, online is an option as well. We will travel further for additional cost.

Sibling SupportNew patient
« Sibling support provides on-call care for your older child(ren) during labour and birth. A trained birth doula supports your child(ren) at home while you give birth at the hospital, home, or birthing centre—allowing you to focus on your birth with peace of mind. »

« Come and learn about natural approaches to pain management during labour and childbirth. We will review comfort measures such as hot/cold therapy, massage techniques, counter pressure, movement and positioning and more. »

Infant and Child Choking and CPR Group Class
« In our 2 hour in-person class, learn and practice the essential skills of responding to a choking emergency for infants and children facilitated by a nurse.
We will review the basics in choking prevention, how to care for a choking emergency in infants and children and how to initiate CPR.
This class is located at Lil Hoots Children's Boutique in Strathmore, Alberta. »

Sibling Prep Class
« This is a unique class that has an online portion and an in-person portion.
The online portion takes part on April 24th at 8:00pm via zoom and you will receive a link for this upon registration! We will discuss adjusting to a larger family, promoting good sibling relationships and the adjustment phase for your toddler/older child and more.
The in-person portion involves interactive activities focused on your child becoming a sibling. They will learn about babies, baby care and baby safety.
The in-person portion is April 27th at Lil Hoots Children's Boutique in Strathmore, AB. »
