Dans ses motsAre you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Depression, anxiety, grief, stress, family conflict, and other hardships can make peace and happiness feel out of reach. But it doesn’t have to be – together we can find a path forward out of the darkness.
My practice is dedicated to supporting Individuals and families (including foster families and alternative care settings) who are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I make use of a wide range of techniques – including EMDR, CBT, DBT, art and play in therapy, attachment-based, and mindfulness-based practices – to build a treatment plan that is personal and authentic to each client and their struggles.
Whether you're an individual, caregiver of a child or teen that’s facing challenges, know that I’m here for them (and you). With over 10 years in helping professions, I’ve worked closely with vulnerable people, families, and children to help build positive and healthy relationships between caregivers and their children or teens.
As a counsellor, I am kind, sincere, and non-judgmental, and my approach to therapy is based in collaboration, allowing for a strengths-based and client-led experience that is as empowering as it is validating. I’m dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and affirming space to explore and grow, no matter how far along the healing journey a client may be.
It’s absolutely normal to feel nervous about reaching out. But remember: asking for help is an act of courage – you deserve to be seen, heard, and understood. You can always expect warmth and support from me, no matter the challenges you or your family may be facing. Reach out today for a free 15 minute introductory consultation to see if we’re a good fit for one another.
