Hi, my name is Melissa and I’m excited to be joining the team at ICC.
Sometimes life can feel heavy, uncertain, or isolating. Reaching out for support takes courage and vulnerability, but it also opens the door for growth and change.
I became a counsellor so that I could provide a safe place for others to share their struggles. Having one safe person in our life who will listen with compassion and without judgement can make all the difference.
As a counsellor, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can unfold organically. I draw upon on both evidence-based therapies and mind–body practices to support my clients effectively, while creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in connection, empathy and care.

Direct Billing: I am an approved service provider for CVAP. If your insurance plan covers Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), then your appointments will likely be covered (if you are not sure, please check with your insurance company). I can direct bill some insurance plans.
