Melissa Ehrlich
À propos de Melissa
Dans ses motsWe live in an ever-changing world with increased pressure and growing demands that can sometimes be challenging to navigate on our own. You do not have to do it alone; you and your story matter to me. Reaching out for support is a brave and powerful step – therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflex, explore, and reconnect with yourself.
My name is Melissa Ehrlich, and I am a therapist with a master’s degree in social work. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your emotions, hopes, experiences, and struggles. Together, we will be courageous, compassionate, and creative; big emotions and laughter are welcome here.
I work with adults. Whether you are managing stress, anxiety, ADHD, grief, sleep difficulties, navigating a new season of life, personal growth, adjusting to parenthood, or support through your perinatal, infertility, and/or menopausal journey, along with supporting LGBTQ+ individuals through life’s complexities.
I use a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy; this means that we will figure out what will work best for you together. I show up with presence, curiosity, and humility. I am trained in trauma-informed clinical skills and draw from a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) informed skills, Attachment and Interpersonal Dynamics, Behavioral Activation and Solution Focused Therapy; and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
You deserve support that is safe, affirming, and empowering. Therapy is not about “fixing” you – it is about empowering you to understand yourself more deeply, make meaningful changes, and live in alignment with your values and authenticity. If you are ready to take a step in your journey, I am here to walk alongside you.
