I am dedicated and passionate in improving access to healthcare for all. My goal is to provide the best care for my patients that's individualized to support and improve their overall health and well-being.

« 1.5 hours with a nurse practitioner who specializes in mental health and trauma for diagnosis.
An in-depth assessment, completion of several mental health screening tools, mental health counselling, and treatment planning. »Mental Health Support:
« Support for issues (workplace, home, life, etc.) that are creating mental health changes. Includes resources and referral to additional support if needed. »Intake and VisitNew patient

« 15 minute appointment for health assessment by a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
Have multiple items such as blood testing, referral letters to specialists? Please book the "Multiple Items Appointment" from our service menu instead. This allows the proper time for you and your clinician to discuss, plan and deliver the best care.

Medications are prescribed as clinically indicated by an authorized Nurse Practitioner only. The clinician reserves the right to not prescribe a medication based on their medical judgment.

This appointment is when requesting multiple items such as lab work, diagnostic imaging (ex: combination of x-ray, CT, prescription, referral) are needed.

« If you have been injured on the job (physically or mentally), this is the first appointment that you need.
Your Nurse Practitioner will assess you and a WCB Alberta report will be filed. After your appointment, WCB or VirtuClinic will provide further guidance and requirements.
For example, the nurse practitioner may say that you need to schedule another appointment within 7 days. This is a WCB requirement and is your responsibility to attend all appointments and wellness treatments.

« Experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms? We take your health seriously and work together to create a screening and treatment plan.
This is the appointment you need for perimenopause, hormone checks, lab tests, and other women-specific concerns. Includes a comprehensive assessment that covers your symptoms, menstrual changes, overall health risks, and options for treatment (hormonal and non‑hormonal), often plus routine women’s health screening if due.
Other assessment and treatment planning includes a detailed history: menstrual pattern, hot flashes, sleep, mood, libido, vaginal/urinary changes, weight, migraines, medications, family history (breast cancer, clots, heart disease, osteoporosis). Review of mental health, stress, relationships, and impact on work and daily functioning.

« This is the appointment that must be booked when requesting any medical forms to be completed. Examples: Short-term Disability, Medical / Sick Notes , WCB-Alberta, etc.
Your clinician will provide assessment and use the information to help complete the medical / insurance form.
You must complete the patient information, including signatures and email the document to our admin team at least one hour before the appointment. Our admin team will ensure that the clinician has this document for the appointment.
Very Important: Book this appointment first, AND book the Medical Document appointment directly after. After booking, you will be instructed where to send your documents. »Medical Letter / DocumentsNew patient

« WCB follow up appointments are crucial for your health treatment plan.
Your nurse practitioner will ask for updates and you will work together to find the optimal treatment plan.
