Melissa brings a calm resonance to her clients with her comforting touch. Perhaps growing up in a small town in Saskatchewan afforded her a natural ability to listen to the body. Her approach is encouraging and her treatment is thorough, as she uses a combination of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial and Trigger point release, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. Melissa has been practicing since 2006. In that time she has treated a variety of concerns including acute injuries, chronic pain, headaches, back pain and strains, stress and other disorders. She welcomes pre and post natal moms to enjoy a massage with the pregnancy cushions which allow for a comfortable and safe massage lying face down on the massage table.
Melissa is kept busy with her three children and enjoys cycling, hiking, reading, yoga and getting outside to explore nature with her family and friends.
