Specializing in mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer a supportive, nurturing environment where clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and personal growth.

I have volunteered with Kids Help Phone for one year as a crisis counsellor and found it to be a profound learning experience. I foster a collaborative approach, where I work together with clients to identify goals, uncover insights, and develop effective strategies for coping with life’s challenges.
