Since 2004, Mellisha Fehr has guided clients on a journey of deep rest and reconnection. Her work blends the therapeutic power of touch, the vibrational intelligence of sound, and the insight of intuitive channeling—offering a grounded yet expansive experience that supports body, mind, and spirit.
At the heart of Mellisha’s practice is sound wellness—a modality she has studied, embodied, and integrated into her sessions to help regulate the nervous system, ease emotional tension, and restore energetic balance. Whether through singing bowls, gong vibrations, vocal toning, or tuning forks, her intuitive approach invites a state of resonance and inner harmony.
As the director of Omega Massage + Wellness since 2009, Mellisha has cultivated a space where clients and practitioners alike can feel supported, empowered, and seen. Drawing from years of experience and a diverse skillset—including Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, breath work, craniosacral therapy, meditation, and energy healing—she creates a nurturing space where healing unfolds naturally. Clients often describe feeling soothed, aligned, and spiritually reconnected after a session.
As a certified health and life coach and board-certified in holistic nutrition, Mellisha also mentors individuals who are ready to live with greater vitality, purpose, and presence.
