Mia has completed a Manual Lymphatic Drainage course which has furthered her education in how the lymphatic system impacts the rest of the body. MLD can be very beneficial for pain-management, lymphedema, other inflammatory issues, post-surgery, anxiety and so much more. « Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a targeted form of Massage Therapy focusing on healthy flow of the lymphatic system. The technique involves very light pressure in the direction of the lymph flow to stimulate increased movement.
