She takes the time to understand each client's unique concerns and goals, tailoring every treatment to help reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and promote overall well-being. Micah offers a variety of techniques, including Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilization, Hot and Cold Therapeutic Stone Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Intraoral Massage for TMJ dysfunction, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Outside of the treatment room, Micah enjoys spending her free time with her two dogs, camping, swimming, and being immersed in nature. She also loves traveling the world and exploring new cultures through food, always eager to try new cuisines and experiences.
